Zadient Materials Europe GmbH (ZME), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zadient Technologies SAS and a leading innovator in silicon carbide (SiC) source material development, is pleased to announce it has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, affirming its commitment to the highest standards in quality management and operational efficiency.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized quality management system standard, awarded only to organizations that demonstrate robust processes, continuous improvement strategies, and a strong customer focus. Achieving this certification underscores ZME’s dedication to delivering reliable, high-purity SiC materials that meet stringent industrial and semiconductor-grade standards.
“Our team has worked tirelessly to build a quality-driven culture and operational structure that supports innovation and scalability,” said Dr. Jan Richter, Managing Director of ZME. “This certification is a significant validation of our approach to quality and customer engagement—and positions us for further our growth in the power electronics market.”
ZME plays a central role in Zadient’s European R&D and production efforts, particularly in the development of next-generation CVD source materials and sublimation-ready SiC feedstocks. The company also collaborates with key industry partners to design and optimize vent gas recycling systems, ultra-pure cleaning protocols, and low contamination crushing techniques, pushing the limits of state-of-the-art SiC materials.
The ISO 9001 qualification will also support ZME’s ambition to expand its footprint into additional semiconductor and power electronics markets, where traceability, reproducibility, and certified quality systems are essential.
With this milestone, Zadient Materials Europe GmbH solidifies its role as a trusted partner in the global transition to high-efficiency, wide-bandgap semiconductor technologies.
